Add lead, record source, qualify, create contact/company, open deal, set next follow-up, review risk/revenue indicators and close or recover stale opportunities.

Every active opportunity has owner, value, stage, next action, source and latest note. No stale deals remain without a follow-up reason.
6. Escalation rules
Escalate high-value stalled deals, failed migrations, extension unlock problems or data corruption immediately.
