This EULA explains what you may and may not do with Eggy software after purchase. It protects the software package while allowing normal installation and use under the licence you purchased.
1Licence grant
Subject to payment and compliance with the applicable licence terms, Eggy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased software package according to the edition and licence type purchased.
2No transfer of ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Eggy retains ownership of the underlying intellectual property, product architecture, source package, designs, documentation, names, interface concepts and related materials.
3Permitted installation and use
You may install and use the software for the purpose allowed by the licence and product purchased. You may configure the product, connect it to your hosting environment and use it for your own business or client project only where the licence permits.
4Modification rights
Where source files are supplied, you may make reasonable modifications for your own authorised installation, branding or operational needs unless the product licence restricts those changes.
Modifying files does not transfer ownership or remove the obligation to comply with this EULA.
5Backup copies
You may keep reasonable backup copies for recovery, deployment and maintenance of your authorised installation. Backup copies must not be published, shared, sold or made available to unauthorised third parties.
6Prohibited redistribution
You must not redistribute, resell, publish, leak, upload, share or provide the original ZIP package, source code, documentation bundle or restricted download files to third parties unless a specific licence expressly allows it.
7No resale as original package
You must not claim Eggy software as your own original product, remove prohibited notices, sell the unmodified package as your own, upload it to marketplaces, or package it as a competing downloadable script.
8Third-party components
The software may rely on third-party libraries, services or APIs. Those components may be subject to their own licences or terms. You are responsible for complying with any third-party service connected to the software.
9Security and lawful use
You must not use the software for fraud, malware distribution, phishing, spam, illegal hosting, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised data access or any activity that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
10Edition and extension restrictions
Features, editions and extensions may be limited by the product purchased. You must not bypass edition controls, entitlement checks, extension purchase flows or download restrictions.
11ExpectationLock specific note
Eggy ExpectationLock™ final editions are delivered as full edition downloads and do not require installation activation codes. The customer account licence certificate records purchase/licence entitlement but is not an activation key.
12Support and updates
Support and updates are governed by the Support Policy and any product-specific update entitlement. Custom edits or third-party changes may limit support availability.
13Termination
This licence may terminate if you breach the EULA, redistribute restricted files, misuse the software, bypass controls, commit payment abuse or use the software unlawfully. After termination, you must stop using the software and delete unauthorised copies.
14Warranty limitation
The software is provided according to its product description and documentation. Except where required by law, Eggy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for every hosting environment, compatibility with all third-party systems or suitability for every business outcome.
