1Introduction and acceptance
By using the Eggy website, creating an account, placing an order, accessing secure downloads, reading customer-only documentation or using an Eggy software product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the website, place an order, access customer areas or download Eggy software.
2About Eggy
Eggy is a software brand providing self-hosted PHP/MySQL business software products, digital downloads, product documentation, support resources, secure customer accounts and related website services.
Eggy products include Eggy Mail, ClientPortal Pro Elite, Eggy CRM Elite and Eggy ExpectationLock™. Each product may have its own product page, editions, feature descriptions, licence terms and documentation.
4Permitted website use
You may use the Eggy website for lawful personal, business and pre-purchase evaluation purposes. You may browse product pages, compare pricing, create customer accounts, place orders, access your own downloads and use the Wiki/support resources.
- Do not attempt to bypass checkout, account login, secure downloads or entitlement controls.
- Do not scrape, clone, mirror or republish Eggy website content without permission.
- Do not upload malware, exploit scripts, spam or harmful content.
- Do not interfere with the operation, availability or security of the website.
5Customer accounts
Customer accounts may be required to place orders, access secure downloads, view licence certificates, submit support tickets or retrieve purchase history.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that account information is accurate. We may suspend or restrict accounts where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised access, payment abuse, security risk or breach of these terms.
6Product information
We aim to describe products, editions, technical requirements, feature sets and support scope clearly. Product wording, screenshots, previews and feature lists help customers decide whether a product is suitable before purchase.
You are responsible for checking product suitability, hosting compatibility, PHP/MySQL requirements, required extensions and intended use before buying.
7Orders, payments and downloads
Orders are processed through the Eggy checkout and may use Stripe, PayPal or other payment providers shown at checkout. Product delivery normally occurs through secure customer downloads after successful payment and order verification.

8Software licences and usage
Purchasing Eggy software gives you licence rights under the relevant EULA and Software Licence Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, source package, product name, design, documentation or brand assets.
You must not redistribute purchased ZIP files, resell original packages as your own, share restricted downloads publicly or bypass edition, extension, licence or account restrictions.
9Intellectual property
Eggy website content, product names, software packages, interface concepts, code, documentation, copywriting, logos, product structures and related materials are owned by Eggy or licensed to Eggy unless stated otherwise.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in the applicable licence or legal document.
10Third-party services
The website and products may interact with third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, mail services, analytics providers or API services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, API changes, payment reviews, fees, hosting failures or third-party service limitations.
11Support and documentation
Support is provided according to the Support Policy. Customers are expected to use the Wiki, documentation and troubleshooting resources before submitting support requests.
Support does not normally include custom development, server administration, third-party hosting fixes, custom feature work or debugging heavily modified files unless separately agreed.
12Suspension and refusal of service
We may refuse orders, suspend accounts, restrict downloads, pause support or remove access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, security risk, illegal use, unauthorised redistribution or breach of legal terms.
13Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eggy is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss caused by hosting problems, third-party services, custom modifications or misuse of software.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website. Continued use of the website, customer account, downloads or products after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
