1Secure download delivery
Eggy software downloads are normally delivered through a secure customer account or secure downloads area after successful payment and order verification.
2No public direct links
Paid ZIP files should not be exposed through public direct links. Customers should access purchased downloads through their account/download entitlement page.
3Account login requirement
Customers may need to log in before accessing downloads. This helps protect files, preserve order history and show licence certificates.
4Download entitlement
A download entitlement is created when an eligible paid order is confirmed. Entitlements may include product name, edition, version, file name, order ID and support/documentation links.
5File availability
Download access may be limited by account status, security controls, order status, entitlement status, update policy or support policy. If a download is missing, customers should check account login and order status, then contact support.
6Immediate digital access
By choosing immediate digital delivery at checkout, customers may receive access shortly after payment confirmation and may acknowledge that cancellation rights can be affected once digital content is delivered or accessed.
7Licence certificates
The customer account may show a licence certificate or purchase record. This records entitlement and purchase details. For Eggy ExpectationLock™ final editions, it is not an activation key system.
8Download security
Customers must not share private download links, account access, purchased ZIP files or restricted documentation with unauthorised third parties.
9Lost access
If a customer loses access to a download, they should log into the account used for the purchase and check the downloads page. Support may request order details, customer email and product information.
10Updates
Updates may be made available through the account or downloads area depending on the product and purchase terms. Updates are not guaranteed indefinitely unless expressly stated.
