These Terms of Sale explain how Eggy product purchases work from checkout to secure delivery. They are designed for digital software downloads and should be read with the EULA, Refund Policy and Digital Download Policy.
1Scope
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy Eggy software products, editions, extensions, digital downloads, licence certificates, upgrade paths or related services through the Eggy website.
2Product descriptions before purchase
Product pages and pricing pages describe the main product purpose, intended buyer, edition, feature highlights and delivery model. You should read product descriptions, requirements and documentation before purchasing.
Product previews and screenshots are illustrative. The actual package may include improvements, updates or minor interface differences while keeping the product purpose and edition scope.
3Prices and currency
Prices are shown on product and pricing pages before checkout. The final amount is displayed before payment. Prices may be launch prices, standard prices, one-time prices or product-specific edition prices.
Where tax, VAT, currency conversion or payment-provider fees apply, these may depend on the checkout provider, location, account details or payment method.
4Checkout process
To purchase, add the product to the cart, create or use a customer account where required, review the order summary, accept required legal terms, choose a payment method and complete payment through the payment provider shown at checkout.
5Payment providers
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal or other providers displayed at checkout. Eggy does not store full card details processed by third-party payment providers.
A payment is not complete until the payment provider confirms successful payment and the order is marked as paid in the Eggy system.
6Order acceptance and review
We may refuse, cancel, manually review or delay an order where there is suspected fraud, payment abuse, incorrect details, unauthorised use, unusual payment activity or breach of website terms.
An automatic checkout confirmation does not prevent later review if fraud, payment reversal or security concerns arise.
7Digital delivery
Eligible paid products are delivered through the secure customer downloads area. Delivery may require customer login, account verification and order status confirmation.
Download access is not normally provided through public direct links. Customers should use their account downloads page to access purchased products.
8Instant digital access and cancellation acknowledgement
Because Eggy products are digital downloads, you may be asked at checkout to agree to immediate digital access after payment and to acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once digital content is delivered or downloaded.
If you do not agree to immediate digital delivery terms where required, we may be unable to provide instant download access.
9Licences and certificates
After purchase, your account may display a licence certificate or purchase record showing the product, edition, order ID, purchase date, licence type, download file and support/documentation links.
For Eggy ExpectationLock™ final editions, the licence certificate is proof of purchase and licence record only; it is not an activation-key system.
10Failed, pending or reversed payments
If payment fails, remains pending, is reversed, refunded, charged back or marked suspicious, product delivery, downloads, licences and support access may be withheld, paused or removed until the issue is resolved.
11Customer responsibility before purchase
You are responsible for checking that your hosting environment, PHP version, MySQL/MariaDB version, PHP extensions, permissions, technical skill and intended use are suitable for the product you purchase.
12Support after purchase
Post-purchase support is provided according to the Support Policy. Support normally covers product guidance, installation questions and known product issues, not custom development or third-party server management.
13Refunds and disputes
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and Digital Download Policy. Digital products may have limited refund availability once download access has been provided or files have been downloaded, where permitted by law.
If you start a chargeback without contacting support first, your account, downloads and support access may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
14Changes to products and pricing
We may update product names, features, pricing, bundles, editions, documentation and promotional wording from time to time. Changes do not automatically alter completed purchases unless expressly stated.
These legal documents are business templates prepared for the Eggy website and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final commercial reliance.
