Create or confirm client account, create project, add milestones/tasks, attach files, open tickets if needed, issue quote/invoice, request approval and record completion notes.
5. Quality checks
Client can log in, files are in correct vault, approval notes are clear, ticket ownership is assigned and invoice/quote details match the client.
6. Escalation rules
Escalate billing disagreements, missing files, broken uploads, client login failures and approval disputes with timeline notes.
