These terms explain how Eggy product licences and editions work across products such as Eggy Mail, ClientPortal Pro Elite, Eggy CRM Elite and Eggy ExpectationLock™.
1Purpose of licence terms
These terms describe the usage rights attached to Eggy products, editions, licences, licence certificates, secure downloads, extension purchases and upgrade paths.
2Product-specific licences
Different Eggy products may use different licence structures. Eggy Mail may use Regular and Extended licence language, while Eggy CRM Elite and Eggy ExpectationLock™ may use Regular, Professional and Enterprise edition structures.
3Regular licence or edition
A Regular licence or Regular Edition is intended for standard use according to the product page and checkout terms. It usually includes the core product feature set and standard install/download rights.
4Extended licence
Where an Extended licence is offered, it may provide broader commercial usage rights than a Regular licence. Extended rights apply only where expressly shown on the product page, pricing page or licence certificate.
5Professional edition
Professional editions include the relevant lower-tier features plus additional tools, workflows or business capabilities described on the product page. Professional rights do not automatically include Enterprise-only features unless separately stated.
6Enterprise edition
Enterprise editions are the highest product tier where offered and may include all Regular and Professional features plus advanced commercial, team, white-label or extension capabilities listed for that product.
7Installation rights
Installation rights depend on the purchased product and licence. Unless a licence says otherwise, a purchase is for the authorised customer/account and the permitted installation or usage described at checkout.
8Commercial use
You may use the product commercially only within the limits of the licence purchased. Commercial use does not mean you may redistribute the original software package or resell it as a competing product unless express reseller or white-label rights exist.
9White-label or reseller rights
White-label or reseller rights exist only if they are clearly included in the purchased edition, licence, product page or written agreement. They should not be assumed from normal purchase or general commercial use.
10Extensions and upgrades
Some products may support optional extensions, upgrade bundles or edition upgrades. Purchased extensions become usable only after the authorised payment/entitlement process is completed.
11Licence certificates
Customer accounts may show licence certificates containing product name, edition, order ID, purchase date, licence type, customer email and download/support links. A licence certificate is proof of purchase and licence record.
12ExpectationLock activation note
Eggy ExpectationLock™ final editions are not installer-activation products. They are delivered as full edition ZIP downloads. The licence certificate records entitlement; it is not an activation code.
13Updates and support
Updates and support may depend on the product, edition, purchase terms and support policy. A licence does not guarantee indefinite updates unless expressly stated.
14Licence breach
Misuse, redistribution, unauthorised resale, payment abuse, bypassing controls or unlawful use may lead to suspension of downloads, support or account access and termination of licence rights.
These legal documents are business templates prepared for the Eggy website and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final commercial reliance.
