Mobile Gameplay
After a lot of development, testing and mobile work, Eggy Copter 1.0.0 is ready for release.
Eggy Copter is a complete endless flight arcade game built directly for XenForo, with configurable flight physics, progressive difficulty, power ups, achievements, challenges, leaderboards, player statistics, mobile landscape gameplay and server validated runs.

Eggy Copter is also included with an active Eggy All Access membership.
Extensive ACP Customisation
One of the biggest features of Eggy Copter is how much of the game can be controlled directly from the XenForo ACP.
Administrators are not locked into one fixed set of gameplay values.

Individual runs can be inspected through the ACP, including their validation state and stored replay information.
Administrators can manually invalidate suspicious runs or revalidate stored runs when required.
Maintenance tools are also included for rebuilding progression data and pruning old replay data.
Gameplay
Eggy Copter uses fixed step flight physics with progressively increasing difficulty.
Players must keep the helicopter inside the cave while the game gradually increases horizontal speed and reduces the amount of available flying space.
The further you travel, the more demanding the run becomes.
Power Cells can be collected throughout a flight alongside four different gameplay boosts.
Shield
Absorbs a cave collision and gives the player a short recovery period.
Stabiliser
Temporarily softens the flight physics, making the helicopter easier to control.
Score Surge
Temporarily increases the score earned during the flight.
Ghost Flight
Temporarily allows the helicopter to pass through cave walls.

Eggy Copter 1.0.0 ships with 49 achievements.
These cover areas including:

The initial release also includes 45 challenges, covering timed, daily, weekly, monthly and repeatable objectives.

Mobile Landscape Gameplay
Eggy Copter 1.0.0 includes a dedicated mobile gameplay experience.
When Copter is opened in portrait orientation, the player is prompted to rotate their device.
Once landscape orientation is detected, the game is ready to play.
Starting a flight enters a dedicated fullscreen gameplay mode so the available mobile screen space is focused on the game itself.
An Exit Game Mode control allows the player to return to the normal Copter page afterwards, where achievements, challenges, leaderboards and the rest of the interface remain available.
Desktop gameplay remains fully supported.
Server Validated Runs
Copter does not simply trust a distance or score submitted by the browser.
The game uses deterministic flight behaviour and seeded cave generation so submitted gameplay can be checked against stored run information.
Runs can be validated, flagged for review and inspected by administrators through the ACP.
XenForo Compatibility
Eggy Copter 1.0.0 requires XenForo 2.3.12 or newer.
