Eggy Webchat is available at:

Use it when you need quick support or cannot get your IRC client connected yet.

Joining help channels

Useful channels can include:

#Eggy
#Help

Join a channel with:

/join #Help

Sending messages

Send a normal channel message by typing in the channel input box. Send a private message with:

/msg NickName hello

Change nickname with:

/nick NewNick

Use an action message with:

/me waves

What to include when asking for help

If you have a BNC connection problem, include:

• your IRC client name
• whether you used bnc.eggy.net +5000
• the exact error text
• whether the problem is connecting to Eggy BNC or connecting from Eggy BNC to a remote network
• the remote server and port if it is a network problem

Do not paste passwords into public chat. If private details are needed, open a support ticket.

Webchat is not the BNC dashboard

Eggy Webchat is for chat access and support. The BNC dashboard is where you manage your BNC account, networks, vhost, Premium features, and tickets.
