Departments can now define their own customer-facing prefix label, allowing Prefix to appear as Product, Style, Issue type, Request type or any other wording appropriate to that support area.
Prefixes can now be organised into reusable categories. A single prefix can belong to multiple categories without duplication, and categories can be shared across multiple departments.
Each department can independently control both which categories are available and which individual prefixes within those categories can be used.
Category-based ACP management
Prefix management in the ACP is now organised around collapsible category sections rather than one large flat list.
Uncategorized prefixes are automatically grouped under Other prefixes, and a lightweight search makes larger prefix libraries easier to manage.
Departments can also independently choose whether Other prefixes should be available at all.
Customer and staff prefix selection
Customer and staff ticket forms use the same category structure, keeping large prefix collections organised while still respecting the department-specific prefix whitelist.
Departments can use category availability for organisation while continuing to control the exact individual prefixes permitted inside each category.
Forum-to-ticket prompts
Selected forum nodes can now display a configurable ticket prompt before a member creates a normal thread.
This allows support-related forums to direct users toward the dedicated ticket system while still giving them the option to continue posting normally.
Administrators can configure:

{post_thread_url}
