This update fixes an issue where older SEGA Extension packages could overwrite parts of ROM Console's shared EmulatorJS runtime, which could result in ROMs loading to a black screen after installing the extension.
The extension now only installs the SEGA-specific files and PicoDrive core it actually requires. The main EmulatorJS runtime and Genesis Plus GX core remain fully owned by ROM Console.
Core deployment has also been changed so existing matching core files are left untouched, avoiding XenForo writable-file errors during upgrades.

- SEGA 32X now deploys only the required PicoDrive core files
