Read Before Posting in Billing & Subscriptions

Use this forum for help with:

  • Premium subscription payments.
  • Starting the 7-day Premium trial.
  • Monthly renewals.
  • Failed or declined billing.
  • Cancelling future billing.
  • Incorrect subscription status.
  • Premium not activating after payment.
  • Unexpected or duplicate charges.
  • Subscription expiry and account downgrade.
  • PayPal subscription problems.

Before creating a thread

Please check:

  1. Open the Premium section of your dashboard.
  2. Review the displayed subscription status.
  3. Check whether an entitlement end date is shown.
  4. Check the corresponding subscription in PayPal.
  5. Refresh the dashboard once.
  6. Record the exact error or status message.

Information to include

Include:

  • Your Eggy BNC username.
  • Whether this concerns a trial or paid subscription.
  • The approximate payment or cancellation time.
  • The status displayed in your dashboard.
  • The status displayed by PayPal.
  • The affected Premium feature.
  • The exact error message.

Never post:

  • Your Eggy BNC password.
  • Payment-card details.
  • Your full PayPal account information.
  • Complete checkout links.
  • Private payment tokens.
