Rules and abuse policy

Eggy BNC is provided as an IRC bouncer service. Users are expected to respect IRC networks, channel rules, and the Eggy Network community.

Do not use Eggy BNC for:

• spam
• flooding
• harassment
• ban evasion
• malicious activity
• scanning or attacks
• impersonation
• evading network restrictions
• activity that gets Eggy BNC banned from networks

Third-party network rules

IRC networks and channel operators control their own rules. Eggy BNC cannot force a third-party network or channel to accept a user.

If a network bans a host, IP range, ident, or BNC users broadly, support can help you understand the error but may not be able to reverse it.

Premium does not bypass rules

Premium adds convenience features. It does not grant permission to evade bans, spam, harass, or bypass network policy.

Support boundaries

Support can help with Eggy BNC account problems, dashboard issues, connection settings, vhosts, Premium display, and general troubleshooting. Support may refuse requests that involve abuse, evasion, or harm to the service.

Consequences

Abusive use can result in restrictions, suspension, cancellation of access, or other protective action needed to keep the service available for normal users.
