Following a routine review of account and product access records, we identified that your account downloaded Eggy SEO Autopilot 1.1.4 while accessing Eggy from an IP address geolocated to Vietnam.
Our review of the available download records for this product identified no other purchaser associated with a Vietnam based IP address who downloaded this version. We have also identified an unauthorised third party listing of Eggy SEO Autopilot 1.1.4 on a Vietnamese language website.
Under Eggy terms and rules, the unauthorised redistribution, sharing, publication or provision of Eggy products through third party websites or services is prohibited.
The suspension of your account was imposed after the available evidence was reviewed as a whole. This included your account activity, product access and download history, IP access records, timing, and relevant third party activity. Eggy does not rely upon a single indicator in isolation when making decisions of this nature.
Where multiple independent pieces of evidence are consistent with suspected unauthorised redistribution, Eggy may restrict or permanently withdraw access in order to protect its products, customers and licensing systems.
On the evidence currently available, it is unlikely that your account suspension will be removed.
