License Trading Process
This forum allows customers to arrange trades of eligible Eggy product licenses with other customers.
Before posting, please make sure you understand the process below.
1. Arrange your trade
Create a thread explaining which product license you are offering and what you would like in return.
You can discuss the trade with other customers until both parties are happy with the agreement.
2. Open a License Trading ticket
Once a trade has been agreed, one of you must open a License Trading ticket here:

The ticket must include:
- Who you are trading with
- The product license you are trading
- The product license they are offering in return
- Confirmation that you agree to the trade
3. Both customers must confirm
Eggy will contact the other customer to confirm the details of the proposed trade.
The trade will not be completed until final confirmation has been received from both parties.
Once both customers have confirmed, the licenses will be exchanged and the trade will be completed.
Important
Do not consider a trade completed simply because it has been agreed in the forum.
All license changes must be processed through the License Trading ticket system.
This protects both customers and ensures that both licenses are transferred correctly.
